It's nutritional content supports healthful skin, weight loss, and heart health. At EAT we use tomatoes in a many of our dishes.


Our Gluten Free Caprese Ravioli has oven dried marinated tomatoes. Cooking tomatoes makes the fruit heart-healthier and brings out their cancer fighting ability.


Little ones love our Gluten Free Spaghetti! This dish is a great way to sneak veggies into your kiddos diet. The tomato sauce helps boost calcium and vitamin k consumption and benefits kids of all ages while they are growing.



The Tomatillo Avocado Salsa that has become famous at EAT is made with fresh tomatillos.


A tomatillo in not a baby tomato, but it is botanically speaking a member of the same nightshade family as tomatoes. Tomatillos have a slightly more acidic flavor and are delicious when made into a salsa. Tomatillos are beneficial and help our bodies fight inflammation and reduce the risk of cancer development and growth.
